Our Challenge
Sura and Answer were sister insurance companies with similar products for different market segments. Each had its own app for managing auto insurance, but they aimed to expand into a comprehensive self-service suite for home, life, and family coverage. The apps, developed with significant technical debt and poor documentation, faced maintenance and upgrade challenges. We first improved their stability and functionality, then supported a digital transformation with a new version featuring essential growth tools.
