Fitness influencer Joel Alonso had built a massive following around calisthenics, but his audience was scattered across social media platforms with no way to deliver structured training programs.

Followers wanted personalized workout plans, progress tracking, and a sense of community — but Instagram and YouTube couldn't provide that. Joel needed a dedicated platform that could monetize his expertise while delivering real value to athletes at every skill level.

A massive social following with no way to convert engagement into structured training — the gap between content consumption and real athletic progress was the opportunity.
